Amenity Closure: "Leisure facilities will be closed from October 15, 2025 to October 15, 2025."The pool and BBQ area will be closed for pressure washing and work on the garden.

Resort Fees: Mandatory security deposit fee is 200.00 AUD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Resort Fees: Late check-in fee is 100.00 AUD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.A late arrival fee is charged if checking in after 6:00pm on Friday without advance arrangements.

• • Daily maid service is not offered; however, guestrooms are cleaned for our guests before their arrival. Management does NOT live on site, so guests MUST call in advance to arrange for their late arrival if arriving after 6:00 on Friday. Please call Julie Porter at +0411 180271 during office hours

  • Golden Leaf Apartments have no ground-floor units. The ground level has parking for cars, laundry, and the office. The lowest floor available is one floor up and has 5 steps to access units.
