  • Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
  • Electric vehicle (EV) charging is strictly prohibited anywhere onsite, including within units, communal areas, and all shared facilities. Penalties apply
  • Failure by the guest/s to produce a Guest Certifiate will result in the guest/s being charged $100 for a late guest certificate. Fee to be paid at check in. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guests expense.
  • If multiple units are booked in the same week it is a requirement of the resort that you purchase guest certificates for each additional unit booked. Failure to do so could incur a charge at the resort or access to your unit denied.
  • No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
