Electric vehicle (EV) charging is strictly prohibited anywhere onsite, including within units, communal areas, and all shared facilities. Penalties apply.
Lakeside has been advised by local council that 3 weeks of roadworks will be taking place along Wattle Drive starting next week, between the resort and town, with diversions in place. Council have advised works will be conducted between 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday. It looks to be road re-resurfacing; however, details are not fully confirmed by council. They have promised to open the road each afternoon, and on the weekends, and they will have a traffic controller directing local residence around on the detour. Please note this work will head along Wattle Drive from the beginning of the lake to past the resort over the coming week/s and for about half this time be directly in front of some of the villas restricting access. Works are expected to be completed 23 July 2026 (weather dependent).
