• • A prior payment of 30% of the mandatory fees is required at least 7 days before check-in by calling Gisele at (35) 2101-4127. Pets are allowed, however, restrictions apply, so please contact the resort in advance for complete details. Studio and Hotel-type units do not offer privacy within the unit
  • Fees for some utilities, including gas & electricity charged by the resort, may vary based on the duration of stay, time of year, room size, and/or actual usage during your stay, and are subject to change. These fees are not included in the total booking price & are payable directly to the resort.
  • Low season rates for February, March, April, May, August, September, October, November & December 1-15, excluding holidays. High season rates for January, June, July, December 16-31, and all National Holidays. The minimum stay is 7 nights.
  • Staying at the Leaves Club in Hotel Fazenda Poços de Caldas requires a mandatory full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Only food is provided; outsourced services and beverages are charged separately for each guest.
