  • An additional benefit for RCI members is access to the exclusive sections of the Aviva Vacation Club, subject to scheduling. Please inquire at check-in. This benefit will not include some private areas of The Casa Residence Club. Guest substitutions during their stay are not allowed.
  • Children under age 4 do not pay a Water Park fee. Rio Quente owners do not pay for the Water Park with an active AVIVA contract. Rates can change without prior notice.
