Resort Fees: Mandatory security deposit fee is 62.00 GBP for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.The non-refundable deposit is required at check-in.

Resort Fees: Mandatory goods and service tax fee is 90 GBP for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.Payable toward the cost of diesel used.  This will be offset against the actual cost of diesel used.

Resort Fees: Pets fee is 30 GBP for all units, per week. Only Credit Cards accepted.Charge per dog, per week. Maximum of 2 dogs per boat.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 63.00 GBP, per stay,  for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.Utility fee charged per stay to cover gas and water supplied, per 4-berth boat.

• • Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.
  • Boat cruising is not always available due to scheduled maintenance or adverse weather conditions. It is recommended that guests contact us for updates at least 24 hours before arrival by emailing us at abclg@andertonmarina.com or calling us at +01606 79642.
  • Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
  • Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
  • For same gender parties, the lead guest and one other must be over the age of 21. Knowledge of English is required.
  • If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
