Resort Fees: Pets fee is 40.00 GBP for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.Per pet, maximum 2 pets.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory resort fee is 220 GBP, per week,  for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted.Fuel Deposit is for 14 nights.

• • Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.
  • Check-in is 2-5 pm in summer months, and 2-4 pm in winter months. Outside of normal check-in hours and days, arrangements must be made in advance directly with the marina.   • NOTE: There is no cruising at Resort A958 Gayton Marina after 26th August due to the closures on the canals, which cause a water shortage.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Party must consist of 2 active adults, both over the age of 21. Cruising is subject to compulsory training only available on check-in days. You must watch the Canal & River Trust DVD, either online on http://www.video-server.co.uk/boaters-video.php or the resort can post the DVD to you upon request.
