Construction Details: Maintenance work will be carried on at the Marina.

Resort Fees: Pets fee is 30.00 GBP for all units, . Only Credit Cards accepted.Per dog, per week. Maximum of two dogs allowed.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 63.00 GBP, per stay,  for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.Utility fee charged per stay to cover gas and water supplied, per 4-berth boat.

  • An emergency repair on a Lock near the Marina is through the end of August, impacting the route to the resort. The Stourport Ring, Birmingham, and the Droitwich Ring are unavailable. The Avon Ring & Stratford-upon-Avon routes are currently unsafe until after Easter due to high waters on the River A
  • Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.
  • Boat cruising is not always available due to scheduled maintenance or adverse weather conditions.
