Resort Fees: Pets fee is 45 GBP for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.Per pet, maximum 3 pets.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory Utility surcharge is 52.50 to 65 GBP, . Cash or Credit is accepted.£65 for a 6 berth boat and £52.50 for a 4 berth boat per holiday, not per week.

  • Check-in is 2-5 pm in summer months, and 2-4 pm in winter months. Outside of normal check-in hours and days, arrangements must be made in advance directly with the marina.   • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Party must consist of 2 active adults, both over the age of 21, no exceptions. Knowledge of English is required.
