Resort Fees: Pets fee is 30.00 GBP for all units, per week. Only Credit Cards accepted.Per dog, per week.  Maximum of 2 dogs per boat.

Resort Fees: Mandatory security deposit fee is 62.00 GBP for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.The non-refundable deposit is required at check-in.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory resort fee is 90 EUR, per stay,  for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted.This fee is a required Fuel Deposit toward cost of diesel used & is refunded if less fuel is used.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 63.00 GBP, per stay,  for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.Utility fee charged per stay to cover gas and water supplied, per 4-berth boat.

• • Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.
  • Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.

  • Cruising is not always available – not only through planned maintenance stoppages but also through closures due to poor weather conditions. It is recommended that guests contact the resort at least 24 hours prior to arrival: abclg@andertonmarina.com OR 01606 79642
  • For same-gender parties, the lead guest and one other guest must be over the age of 21. Speaking English is required.
  • If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
  • Limited parking onsite

  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
