Limekiln Lodge in Bothel, Cumbria is a lovely three bedroom timber lodge on the fringe of the western Lake District, only fifteen minutes from Keswick, enjoying magnificent views over open countryside to the Solway Firth and Scottish mountains. This charming Lodge has been awarded four stars by Enjoy England.
The Lodge is centrally heated with three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one small single bedroom, able to accommodate up to five guests. The open plan living area opens directly onto the large balcony, ideal for enjoying the sunsets over the shimmering Solway Firth and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything provided. The owner will only accept couples and families.
Guests staying in Limekiln Lodge have free use of the Spa at Armathwaite Hall, which includes a 16 metre infinity pool, 10 beautiful treatment rooms, a tranquillity relaxation room, manicure & pedicure area, floor to ceiling indoor waterfall, hydrotherapy & thermal zone, sauna, aroma room, steam room, dance studio, top of the range fitness suite, sensory spa garden with outdoor hot tub, only five minutes drive away. Please note only four guests can use the facilities at the Spa at any one time.
Limekiln Lodge in Bothel, Cumbria is located on the fringe of the Lake District National Park, in a small rural village. Adjacent to owner's own home, with magnificent views, to Scotland. Within walking distance of village pub, which serves bar food.
The nearest town is Cockermouth 10km. Here there are many shops restaurants, bars and a good supermarket. An ideal base for visiting the Lake District, and the Solway Coast. A car is essential to fully appreciate all this lovely part of Cumbria has to offer guests.
