Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 48.00 GBP for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 68.00 GBP for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.

Resort provides access to spa facility within a 6-minute drive.

Please be aware  campervans/caravans are not allowed on site due to the limited parking 

Please contact the resort directly to arrange airport transfers from Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, or Edinburgh.  Additional fees may apply.

LATE ARRIVALS: All guests who arrive outside office hours, will need to contact Resort to arrange Key collection. A mobile number will need to be provided, so Resort can send the access code for the property. 

The resort has a Saturday check-in throughout the year, but during Christmas and New Year, check-in dates are always December 23rd and 30th.

Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.

Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.
