  • Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.
  • Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights and for correct check in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
  • If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

  • Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
  • The key service is handled via key boxes for each unit. A code will be sent to members via text message a couple of days before the check-in date. If the code has not arrived before the check-in day, members need to contact key service at 0300 870 900.
