Resort Fees: Mandatory goods and service tax fee is 18 % for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.GST as applicable will need to be paid at the resort.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory Sterling Access Fee is 3300 INR, per unit, per stay,  for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 10044 INR, per unit, per stay,  for 1 bedroom units. Only Credit Cards accepted.For 3 nights. Utility fees are inclusive of GST.

• • A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
  • A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
  • Extra Bed charges: Adults (over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults & 1 child under 5 yrs of age.
  • For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present their Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount is given to RCI members (as a special member privilege) on Food & Soft Beverages. W
  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
  • Guests must email and inform the resort in advance of late arrivals or cancellations; it is the resort's sole discretion to release unit/s without notice.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.

  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
