Resort Fees: Mandatory security deposit fee is 2000.00 INR for all units, per unit. Cash or Credit is accepted.Due at check-in

Resort Fees: Optional meal plan fee is 5000 INR for all units, per two adults, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.Three meals per couple is Rs 5000. Children aged 5-12 pay Rs 1500 + tax per day. Buffet on Sundays.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 9100.00 INR, per unit, per week,  for 2 bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted.For 2 Bedroom Unit per week.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 6300.00 INR, per unit, per week,  for 1 bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted.For 1 Bedroom Unit per week.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 5600.00 INR, per unit, per week,  for studio units. Cash or Credit is accepted.For Studio Unit per week.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 4200.00 INR, per unit, per week,  for hotel units. Cash or Credit is accepted.For Hotel Unit per week.

  • Guest Certificate Policy: If a Guest Certificate is not arranged at least 48 hours in advance, the guest will be charged the daily room rent.   • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.

  • RESORT CHARGES UTILITY FEES ON RECIPROCAL BASIS. Photo ID mandatory at time of checkin. Arrival prior checkin time, units allotted ONLY if available.
  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
