Resort Fees: Extra bed/cot fee is 1800 INR for all units, per person, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.Extra bed charges applicable Rs.1800 + 18% GST.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 9254 INR, per week,  for 1 bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted.Inclusive of taxes.

• • A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
  • A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
  • Children aged 5 and above are counted the same as adults toward the total occupancy of the unit. Children below 5 years can be accommodated in the same bed. Hotel units sleep two adults; however, one additional person can be accommodated for an extra bed fee.
  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
  • Limited parking onsite
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.

  • Studio and Hotel units with a maximum occupancy of more than 2 do not offer privacy.
