Resort Fees: Extra bed/cot fee is 1800 INR for all units, per person, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.The extra bed fee is Rs 1800 + 18% GST.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 5873.00 INR, per unit, per week,  for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.The utility surcharge is for Hotel and Studio-type units per week, including tax.

  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.
  • Photo ID mandatory at time of checkin. Arrival prior checkin time, units allotted ONLY if available.

  • Resort has not obtained bar license. Guests may carry their own alcohol as per Kerala state policy and consumption is limited to your own room unit only.
