Resort Fees: Extra bed/cot fee is 1800 INR for all units, per person, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.Extra bed charges applicable Rs.1800 + 18% GST per night.

  • Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice, failing which guest will be charged daily room rent. Member need to produce PAN card for any payment transaction exceeding Rs.24999 against your resort expenses.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.

  • Resort has not obtained bar license. Guest can carry their own alcohol and consumption is permitted in the units only. Passport to be proceed for Foreign nationals at the time of check in. Pool usage will be permitted only with appropriate swim were.
  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.
