  • A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
  • Every two children under the age of 12 will be considered as one adult. Hotel units are best-suited for two adults and one child under the age of 5 years.

  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.

  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.
  • Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • Road via Theni to Munnar is blocked for upgrades: 8am to 6pm. Last 6kms to resort is on a narrow mountain road engulfed in mist. Advise having fog lamps driving to the resort.   • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
