• • A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
  • A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
  • Every two children under the age of 12 will be considered as one adult. Hotel units are best-suited for two adults and one child under the age of 5 years.
  • For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount is provided to RCI guests (as a special member privilege) for Food & Soft Beverages.
  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.
  • Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.
  • The road via Theni to Munnar is blocked for resurfacing between 8am to 6pm. Last 6kms to the resort is on a narrow, mountain road engulfed in mist.
