Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 1500 INR, per night,  for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.Utility fees are charged based on the number of nights stayed at the resort + 18% GST.

  • Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.

  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Outside/ Personal liquor strictly prohibited as per law. Resort will not be responsible for any possible government action. Smoking of hookah is strictly prohibited anywhere inside our premises. Home clothes not permitted inside pool. Proper swimming costume is compulsory. Outdoor music is totall

  • Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
  • The resort has a mandatory Full Board meal plan. The meal package includes set menus for lunch, high tea, dinner, and breakfast. The meal plan charges are applicable based on the number of nights staying at the resort. Payment MUST be made 7 days prior to the check-in date. The resort offers a 10
