Situated at an altitude of 6400 feet in Himalayas, Shimla Havens is a newly built resort spread in 6 acres surrounded by Pine, Cedar and Rhodo Dendron forests. The Resort is located around 4km from the newly built ISBT (Inter State Bust Terminus) and 1 km from Summer Hill railway station. The resort is an ideal place for those who are looking for a perfect escape away destination for leisure, rejuvenate themselves by enjoying the vicinity of the nature and a perfect place of peace, pleasure and party. 

Revel in the splendor and majesty of the Himalayas, as you explore the streets and exotic shops of Shimla, golf at Naldhera, and wander the orchards of Mashobra. A trip to this snow-capped paradise is not complete until you experience the soothing hot sulfur springs of Tattapani, or the exhilarating ski slopes of Kurfi in winter. Resort will contact the member and provide bank account details to transfer fee. ‘Utility fee to be paid for entire week regardless of duration of stay. One bedroom unit suitable for 2 Adults + 2 Children or 4 Adults. Studio unit suitable for 2 Adults + 1 Child below age of 12.

Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.

Pets are not permitted at the resort.

1.Mandatory Security deposit is INR 2500.00 Cash or Credit is accepted.
2.Mandatory Utility surcharge is INR 10500.00 for a studio unit per week. Cash or Credit is accepted. Tax extra applicable on the utility charges. 
3.Mandatory Utility surcharge is INR 14000/- for a 1BR per week.  Tax extra applicable on the utility charges. 
 
*Mandatory Goods and Service Tax is 18 %. Cash or Credit is accepted. Payable at the resort.
