Resort Fees: Extra bed/cot fee is 1800 INR for studio units, per person, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.Plus 18% GST Applicable.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 5873 INR, per unit, per week,  for studio units. Cash or Credit is accepted.Utility fees are inclusive of GST.

  • Children aged 5 and above are counted the same as adults toward the total occupancy of the unit. Children below 5 years can be accommodated in the same bed. Studio unit sleep 3 adults or 2 Adults and 2 Kids below 5 years; however, one additional person can be accommodated for an extra bed fee.
  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
