Final cleaning and sanitization to be paid locally: €90 for the two-room apartment and €95 for the three-room apartment. Linens are optional and can be brought from home or rented on site. A dirty stovetop and uncleaned dishes will incur a penalty of €50.00. Garbage left in the apartment will incur a penalty of €50.00. For optional linen rental, please request before arrival: Double linen kit: €20.00 (including towels) Single linen kit: €15.00 (including towels) Kitchen kit: €7.00 Bathroom rug: €2.00 Pet supplement: €25.00 (per pet) The apartment does not have a hairdryer or other extras; we recommend bringing your own to avoid additional costs. (Hair dryer, microwave, cribs, high chairs, etc.) €20.00 each. Upon arrival, you will be required to leave a security deposit of €150.00 (in cash or by check made out to the Condominium; POS cards cannot be used), which will be returned upon departure after the apartment has been inspected. Cleaning and linens are due upon arrival; payment by debit/credit card is preferred. In the event of departure, please note that check-outs must be done shortly before leaving the apartment. If you depart early or after check-out hours (if staff is not present), the security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer after the departure date. Apartment check-in times are Saturdays from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. It is necessary to communicate your ship's arrival time in advance. If this is not communicated, priority will be given to those who communicated this time. The apartment must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on Saturday. Apartments cannot be left unlocked with keys in the lock; If you plan to arrive outside of office hours, please contact reception to confirm your arrival date and time. Furthermore, if you plan to arrive outside of office hours, you must provide a letter of indemnity to the condominium.
