Resort Fees: Parking fee is 3.00 USD for all units, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.Per day fee. No trailer, RV, or oversized vehicles. All fees are subject to change.

Resort Fees: Mandatory environment tax fee is 85.40 MXN for all units, per night, per unit. Only Credit Cards accepted.All taxes are subject to change by the local laws.

Resort Fees: Mandatory lodging tax fee is 5 % for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted.The Lodging Tax is calculated per day and charged weekly.

• • A maximum of 2 reservations per year is allowed. These may be multiple, consecutive, or on different travel dates, this restriction applies per resort ID, not per group.

  • If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

  • Raintree members cannot make exchanges or book Raintree’s Club Regina hotels through RCI.
  • Raintree Vacation Club owners are not allowed to confirm into any Club Regina Resort through RCI, including regular exchange, extra vacations, or rentals. Violations will be canceled. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
  • RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
  • The daily usage fee includes Wi-Fi for up to 3 devices. The parking fee is subject to change without notice.
