- Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and begin on the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled.

- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

- Reception hours are Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm, Sat 8:30 am-7 pm, Sun 10 am-5 pm. Keys are in a lockbox outside each cottage in case of after-hours check-in.
- The resort has a Saturday check-in during most of the year. However, over the holiday season, the check-in dates are always December 16th, 23rd, and 30th, and January 6th and 13th.
