You'll find the Riviera lying in the sunshine, right on Beach Road in Sea Point and below picturesque Lion's Head, The Riviera's fully-equipped, self-catering apartments are the perfect launching pad for anyone looking for an ideal location to enjoy the very best that the Fairest Cape has to offer.

It's hard to find a nicer location and, even better, the apartments are serviced daily, leaving you free to concentrate on making great memories. And you don't have to go far to start making them. A few minutes' drive into the city centre brings you to a cornucopia of colourful street markets and art galleries, shopping malls and historic museums, while Camps Bay and Clifton beaches, the Houses of Parliament, Kirstenbosch and Ratanga Junction are also just a short drive away.

You're just 200m from the beach and Sea Point's famous open-air swimming pool. If you need to stock up on supplies, you're just two hundred meters from the nearest shopping centre. When it comes to dining, you're going to find it hard to decide. Sea Point is home to so many restaurants, spanning everything from quick and simple to exquisite fine dining. Think South Beach Miami with a distinctive African flavour. The culinary and shopping temptations of the famous Victoria and Albert precinct are also just minutes away. Then, of course, there are the wine routes. So much to choose!

Please Note: 
The hotel will undergo a full lift replacement project commencing on 01 June 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately four (4) months.

During this period, no lift facilities will be operational. Riviera Suites consists of a ground floor and five upper floors, and access to all upper levels will be via staircase only.

There will be ongoing construction activity, resulting in increased noise levels throughout the building during working hours.
Construction personnel will be present on-site daily.

Please further note that no on-site parking will be available for the duration of the project.
Any previously confirmed parking bookings will unfortunately need to be cancelled.
