During week 48 (29 November - 06 December) the resort experiences the flocking of teenagers to Umhlanga and Ballito to enjoy the year end celebrations over this period.

As a result of the change in demographic over this time period, with the expectation that a large
majority of the guests will be school leavers, the normal entertainment program will be adjusted
accordingly. There will, once again, be activations during week 48 at the family pool and on the
terrace. Security will be enhanced to negate impact on other visitors as far as possible as well
as to ensure the wellbeing of those partaking in the year end celebrations and our activations.

Please note that the resort is a strictly non-smoking resort. This includes
the use of e-cigarettes, vapes, and hubbly bubbly (hookah/shisha), which are not permitted
anywhere on the property.

Please note, the six sleeper and a four-sleeper unit will be prepared as mock up rooms. This will provide
a practical preview of the proposed finishes, materials and design elements.
The Mock up room project will commence on the 11 October 2025 and expected to conclude on the 22
November 2025.
While every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience, residents may experience noise
disturbances during this period. Work will be carried out from 9:00am to 16:00pm from Monday to
Saturday.
