Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Mandatory Security deposit is 350.00 local currency . Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory Utility surcharge is 80.00 local currency . Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory Tourist Tax per person per day is 2.90, for guests under age 16, to 4.60, for guests age 16 and over, local currency for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fees charged for some utilities. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Asking for extra amenities would require a fee. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. Check-in is at sister resort Castel Club Leysin Parc on Saturdays from 4pm to 7pm. The front desk is at Castel Club Leysin Parc - Route des Collonges 10 - 1854 Leysin. Guests must arrive on Saturday during reception opening hours, which is from 4pm to 7pm. It is not possible to check in after 7pm nor on Sundays. If arriving outside of the reception hours, members will have to contact the resort to check in on the following Monday. Cribs/Cots are available on request but for a fee. Daily and/or midweek housekeeping services may be available for a fee. Tire chains are required by law during periods of heavy snowfall. WiFi is not guarenteed throughout the Resort. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy: No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees: Up to 2 pets allowed per night for a daily fee.
