Villa Vita in Dalyan, Turkey is a stunning, detached property within its own grounds with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi set amidst beautiful landscaped grounds. This fully equipped, three bedroom Villa is able to accommodate six guests.

Accommodation: The ground floor comprises of an entrance porch, open plan kitchen with small breakfast area and terrace, lounge area with feature stone fireplace and a dining area with seating for eight. There is Satellite television, a dvd and cd player and air conditioning in the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The air conditioned master bedroom has an ensuite with bath and a large dressing room. There is also a family bathroom with shower. Doors from the first floor hallway lead onto the balcony.

The Villa also has a basement lounge area with television, dvd and bed settees, which can accommodate a further two guests. There is also a toilet and shower.

There are lovely landscaped gardens surrounding the Villa and a super outdoor swimming pool with its own jacuzzi, sun loungers and parasols. There is ample off road covered parking, a shower for pre-pool use and a barbecue.

Dalyan Villa Vita is ideally located close to the town of Dalyan, Turkey with its many amenities nearby including bars, restaurants, shops and numerous watersporting activities. 

Dalyan is nestled between mountains, next to a river, a huge lake and right by the sea. There is a lot to do and explore in this vast country and nowhere is a better base than Dalyan, where you can enjoy trekking, jeep safaris, white water rafting, mountain biking, canyoning, sea kayaking, enduro motocross riding, paragliding, diving, horse riding, sea fishing, snorkelling, boat tours along the coast and across the lake, or more sedentary activities, such as shopping in local markets, Turkish massages and simply lying on the most fabulous beach in Turkey. This lovely property makes an ideal base from which to explore this lovely area of Turkey.
