Resort Fees: Extra bed/cot fee is 100 AED for all units, per person, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.This extra bed fee is for guests over age 12, and includes breakfast.

Resort Fees: Extra bed/cot fee is 25 AED for all units, per child, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.This fee for an extra bed is per child aged 6-12, and includes breakfast.

Resort Fees: Mandatory tourist tax fee is 10 AED for studio units, per night, per unit. Cash or Credit is accepted.This fee is paid directly to the resort.

• • A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
  • A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
  • All reservations must be confirmed at least 15 days before the check-in date.
  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
  • If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

  • Minimum age check-in is 18.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.
