






In the magical Orlando, there is one resort that keeps the magic going--Magic Tree Resort. Located less than two miles from Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom and just minutes away from Epcot Center and Sea World, Magic Tree offers a playground, billiards, a swimming pool and kids' pool, a hot tub, tennis court and half-court basketball. Guests will enjoy shuffleboard, gas barbecue grills, a game room, laundry facilities, a game room and lending library for books. Free Wi-Fi is available in the resort lobby. For family-oriented fun, golf and fishing can be enjoyed nearby as well. Magic Tree Resort offers one- and two-bedroom suites. The one-bedroom suite sleeps four and has one bathroom, one king-size bed, a queen sofa sleeper, full kitchen and a living area. The two-bedroom suite sleeps six and has two bathrooms, one king-bedded room, a room with two double beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a full kitchen. All suites have satellite television, direct dial telephones, a VCR or DVD player, coffee makers, air conditioning, radios, and hair dryer. Maximum occupancy in each suite includes children regardless of their ages. Magic Tree is about a two-hour drive by car from Kennedy Space Center. The Atlantic Ocean beaches are also about two hours away from the resort. Proximity to Orlando attractions plus the helpful resort staff make this the perfect place to spend your family vacation.
Lobby hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Friday through Monday and 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday. For after-hours check-in, call the resort on the day of arrival to confirm your reservation: (407) 396-2300. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (including infants) in a 1-bedroom unit and 6 guests (including infants) in a 2-bedroom unit. The minimum check-in age is 21. A refundable $250 USD security deposit (credit card only) and a non-refundable $150 resort fee per unit, per week are due at check-in. Fees are subject to change. The pool and hot tub close at 10:00 PM. The hot tub is limited to 4 guests at a time. Towels may be exchanged daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the first-floor laundry between Buildings 200 and 300. The pool at Magic Tree Resort will be closed beginning August 10, 2026, for resurfacing and tile replacement. The project is expected to take 3 to 4 weeks, with reopening anticipated on or around September 7, 2026, subject to weather and construction conditions. During this time, the splash pad and hot tub will remain open, and guests may use the pool at Orbit One Resort, located ½ mile away.
