Resort Fees: Mandatory security deposit fee is 300.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.

Housekeeping Fees: for hotel units "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 46.31 USD for hotel units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."

Housekeeping Fees: for 1 bedroom units "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 65.05 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."

Housekeeping Fees: for 2 bedroom units "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 111.35 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory amenities fee is 10.00 USD, per night, per unit,  for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.The fee is per unit and per night plus tax.

• • Any guest intending to arrive late must contact the resort prior to their scheduled check-in date to provide notice. If no late-arrival notification is received, the reservation will be canceled the day following the scheduled arrival date.

  • If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

  • The front desk is open daily from 7 am until 10 pm. For special arrangements, reach out at least 72 hours before arrival. Please contact the resort for full check-in details, and guests must let the resort know in advance to get late arrival instructions if arriving after 10 pm.
