Royal Kuhio - VI

Effective September 15, 2021, all Owners and Guests checking in after office hours at the Royal Kuhio (7p.m. - 8a.m.) will get their keys from a lock box rather than from the security guard desk.

On the day of your arrival if we anticipate that you will be arriving after 7:00 p.m. the Resort will be emailing or texting you detailed information for after-hours check-in so it is very important to provide a cell# and email address when making your reservation. 

Following is the check-in office address for all Oahu resorts: Deposit: A $50.00 credit card authorization is required at check-in for all Owners and Guests, or $150.00 in cash. Fees subject to change without prior notice.

As required by state and local regulations, a nightly Transient Accommodation Tax based on condominium size and season is collected at check in. Please contact the resort for current fees.

Effective 4/19/22 The pool at Royal Kuhio is re-opened.

Construction: 
1.	There is ongoing building construction and repairs in various common areas at the Royal Kuhio, which may cause noise and disruption during your stay. There is the need periodically for the building to turn the water off for needed repairs. Please take note of signage in front of the elevators.
 
2.	The trash chutes at the Royal Kuhio are currently not operational.  Renovation work will be taking place starting immediately, at this time we do not have an ETA when this will be completed. Trash cans have been placed near the trash rooms on each floor for your convenience.
 
3.	Spalling work done is being done on the exterior of the building, we do not have an ETA on project.
 
4.	We are in the process of re-strapping and powder coating our lanai furniture at the Royal Kuhio.  We may need to remove your lanai furniture while you are here, or it may have already been removed. This process takes up to six -seven weeks. We do have a limited supply of other lanai furniture to place temporarily in your unit.  If you would like lanai furniture, and your unit is not already supplied, please do not hesitate to let the Front Desk know.
