As required by state and local regulations, a nightly Transient Accommodation Tax based on condominium size and season is collected at check in. Please contact the resort for current fees.

Resort requires Guest email and phone number on all bookings, to verify arrival NO EXCEPTIONS. Occupancy limits strictly enforced.

There will be a state TOT tax collected at check in for ALL reservations (Friday arrivals vary see below): Studio = $37.10 1BR Mini = $47.25, 1BR = $66.99, 2BR = $93.31, per unit per week. For RENTAL reservations only, an additional fee will be collected at check in to cover sales tax: Contact resort for details regarding Rental taxes totals. 
Friday Arrivals: 1BR = $49.98, 1BR LOFT = $61.18, 2BR = $65.87
Rates may change with or without notice based on the discretion of the resort.

Mandatory security deposit fee is 50.00 U.S. dollars. Only Credit Cards are accepted. Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

K Building and Lobby Fumigation Project
 
Please be advised that K Building, including Registration, Concierge, and the Lobby, is scheduled for tenting fumigation on August 24, 25, and 26 of this year.
 
During this project:
 
· Check‑in, check‑out, and Housekeeping services will be temporarily relocated to Building J, Unit 105 (J105). Access will be through the lanai side.
 
· The ATM, snack and drink machines, and coin machines will be unavailable. Quarters will be provided at J105.
 
· Signage will be posted throughout the property to direct you to the temporary Front Desk and Housekeeping locations.
 
We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. While we do not anticipate changes to this schedule, it is subject to change, and we will notify you promptly if adjustments are required.
