As required by state and local regulations, a nightly Transient Accommodation Tax based on condominium size and season is collected at check in. Please contact the resort for current fees.

Resort requires Guest email and phone number on all bookings, to verify arrival NO EXCEPTIONS. Occupancy limits strictly enforced.

There will be a state TOT tax collected at check in for ALL reservations (Friday arrivals vary see below): Studio = $37.10 1BR Mini = $47.25, 1BR = $66.99, 2BR = $93.31, per unit per week. For RENTAL reservations only, an additional fee will be collected at check in to cover sales tax: Contact resort for details regarding Rental taxes totals. 
Friday Arrivals: 1BR = $49.98, 1BR LOFT = $61.18, 2BR = $65.87
Rates may change with or without notice based on the discretion of the resort.

Mandatory security deposit fee is 50.00 U.S. dollars. Only Credit Cards are accepted. Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

D Building Elevator Repair Project

The D Building elevator will be under repair from August 31 to September 13, 2026. During this period, the D Building Laundry Room will be closed; guests may use the laundry rooms in C or G Building. For luggage assistance, contact Housekeeping in advance at 1-808-822-9831, ext. 520.

B Building Elevator Repair Project

The B Building elevator will be under repair from September 14 to September 27, 2026. During this period, the B Building Laundry Room will be closed; guests may use the laundry rooms in A or C Building. For luggage assistance, contact Housekeeping in advance at 1-808-822-9831, ext. 520.
