Island Park has a beautiful, manicured, nine-hole golf course on site. The friendly resort staff is an eager-to-help crew, and takes pride in their resort, maintains the units and facilities, and keeps the grounds impeccable and well-groomed. The beauty and wonder of Yellowstone are a sight to behold. See elk and bison roam free. Watch Old Faithful erupt on schedule. Visit the Grizzly and Wolf Center in West Yellowstone and learn about these wonderful animals.

Local Idaho attractions include horseback riding, a canoe/kayak paddle/float down the Snake River, a breathtaking drive on nearby Sawtelle Mountain, and a visit to Henry's Fork Lodge, a veritable paradise for fly-fishing. Every type of freshwater fish can be found within 30 minutes of the resort. Snowmobiling is also popular, with over 600 miles of groomed trails.
