• • All arrivals are by virtual check–in. There is no front desk on site.   • Fees for some utilities, including gas & electricity charged by the resort, may vary based on the duration of stay, time of year, room size, and/or actual usage during your stay, and are subject to change. These fees are not included in the total booking price & are payable directly to the resort.
  • Minimum age check-in is 21.
  • No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
  • Unit 308 is located in the Inn and does not have a view of the harbor. Unit 19 is a cottage unit. Unit 207 is located on the lower level of the lodge, with no water view. Unit 215 does not have a view of the harbor but does have a small outside seating area.
