Check-in Office: The check-in office is open daily from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (October 01-March 31) and 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (April 01-September 30). The front desk may be closed for an hour during lunch.
Deposit: A $100.00 credit card authorization is required at check-in for all Owners and Guests. No cash accepted. Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance. Over-occupancy policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants. No pet policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. No smoking policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio. Late check-out policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am. After-hours lock out: $25.00 Room key replacement: $2.00 per key card Lost or damaged pool towels: $25.00 Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is collected at check-in and is based on the current rate at the time of arrival per condominium size and season.
